PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine packaging device which is capable of easily effecting the charging work of a packaging sheet and improving the dispensing speed. SOLUTION: A longitudinally double-folded long packaging sheet is successively thermally-bonded in the width direction by a longitudinal sealing device 5 to form a demarcated chamber whose upper part is opened while continuously transferred in its longitudinal direction, a medicine charge port 12a of a hopper 12 for charging the medicine is inserted from an upper opening part of the demarcated chamber, and the upper opening part of the demarcated chamber is continuously and thermally bonded by a transverse sealing device 7 after the medicine is charged from the hopper 12 for charging the medicine. The medicine charge port 12a of the hopper 12 for charging the medicine is movable in another demarcated chamber adjacent to the demarcated chamber after the medicine is charged in one demarcated chamber.
