PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid receiver by which the filtration effect by a filter can be improved and which cannot be a source of noise. SOLUTION: A flange part 313 adhering an inner face (basic inner circumferential face) 112 of a liquid receiver main body 11 is provided on an upstream end outer circumference on a filter 30 held on a predetermined position of a liquid receiver main body 11. A cylindrical seal part 314 lengthwise extending in the axial direction is provided on an outer circumferential part of the flange part. The filtration effect of the filter can be attempted to be improved and the generation of noise can be prevented by means of the flange part 313 and the seal part 314 constituted like the above.
