Nickel electroplating bath, useful for forming satin finished and Ni plated film, was obtained by adding 0.1 g/l - 30 g/l of organic compd. (m.w. >=600) to the Ni plating soln. (solvent is water) which was composed of NiSO4 (280 g/l), NiCl2 (50 g/l) and boric acid (40 g/l). The polymer prepd. from dimer acid and amine, copolymerized nylon or regenerated nylon was able to use in this method as organic compds.
