PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for spinning by which the occurrence of the Barus effect at the time of discharging a polymer is suppressed to suppress accumulation of foulings in surroundings of discharging holes without causing yarn breakage even at the time of spinning a fibers of a fine single filament fineness and a fiber of a high evenness without dispersion among single filaments can stably be obtained with good operating efficiency. SOLUTION: When melt spinning a synthetic fiber having 30-80 denier total fineness and 0.5-1.5 denier single filament fineness, each spinning hole of a spinneret comprises an introduction hole 1, a capillary 2 and a discharging hole 3 from the upstream side and the narrowing angle from the introduction hole 1 to the capillary 2 is <=60 deg. to satisfy the following formula (1) and (2). Furthermore, the value of draft(DF) represented by the ratio of the takeoff speed to the discharging linear velocity satisfies the following formula (3).
