PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper control when an abnormality has occurred in an automatic clutch device. SOLUTION: Failure in an automatic clutch device is sensed by an engine ECU or automatic clutch ECU (S100, S102, S104, S106). According to the sort of an abnormality sensed, the specified fail-safe control is performed (S110, S114, S120). If in particular, the failure occurs to the automatic clutch ECU (S100), a clutch solenoid valve (S102), or a power supply system of the automatic clutch ECU (104), either the engine output is sunk or the engine is stopped (S110 and S114). This reduces shock at the time of engine stall, etc. |
