<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound having a structure in which a spacer arm and a functional group usable for binding butamifos, to a polymeric compound are introduced into the butamifos, and useful as a hapten compound for constructing an antigen for preparing a new antibody having reactivity against butamifos. SOLUTION: A compound of formula I (R1 is a 1-4C alkyl; R2 is H or methyl; A is a 1-10C alkylene), for example, a compound of formula II. The compound of formula I is obtained, for example, by reacting a compound of formula III (L1 and L2 are each a halogen) (e.g. ethyl dichlorothiophosphate) with a compound of formula IV (e.g. 5-methyl-2-nitrophenol) in an organic solvent such as benzene in the presence of a base such as potassium carbonate, and further reacting the resultant compound with a compound of the formula H2NACOOZ (Z is a protecting group for a carboxyl) (e.g. tert-butyl 6-aminocaproate) in the same organic solvent as above in the presence of the same base as above followed by the removal of the protection group.</p> |
