摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the ice braking property and uneven wear resistance and also improve the traveling stability on icy road surface by forming a sipe zigzag, and setting the ratio of the length of the long edge to the length of the short edge, the inclination of the long edge to the tire circumferential direction, and the crossing angle between the long edge and short edge within specified ranges, respectively. SOLUTION: A sipe 7 is constituted in a zigzag form consisting of a plurality of long edges A and a plurality of short edges B alternately arranged with a large crossing angleβ, and the long edges A are oriented in the tire lateral direction. The ratio of the length of the long edge A to the length of the short edge B of the sipe 7 is set within the range of 0.25-0.75. The inclinationαof the long edge A of the size 7 to the tire circumferential direction C is set within the range of 65-90 deg., more preferably, 70-85 deg.. The crossing angleβof the long edge A and the short edge B of the sipe 7 is set within the range of 90-130 deg.. As the density of the sipe 7, the sipe length is preferably set to 15-30 mm per cm2 of the block.
