PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange circular-arcuate parts of a branching case and an inner branching cylinder closely and oppositely to each other over a relatively large area to make them in a good closed state to prevent rice bran from leaking, and to take out fresh rice bran to a client chamber side through a rice bran takeoff port. SOLUTION: Rice bran generated in a rice-polishing machine is sent by pressure wind to a rice bran discharge cylinder, and next, it is put in an inner branching cylinder 55 in a branching case 52. By switching the rotation of the inner branching cylinder 55, the rice bran is sent to a rice bran storing cylinder 53 from a branching opening 55a and is stored in a rice bran bag, or the rice bran is taken out from a branching opening 55b to a client chamber side through a rice bran takeoff hopper.
