PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall arrangement design system capable of early deciding the layout of a house and reducing the load in designing a building having sufficient proof stress and well-balanced in structural proof stress. SOLUTION: This wall arrangement design system comprises an information input means (a) for inputting the building information related to the layout of a house, a wall detecting means (b) for detecting the wall forming part capable of arranging a bearing wall on the basis of the inputted building information and a bearing wall arrangement means (c) for arranging a bearing wall having the maximum proof stress according to the specification of the building and the position of each wall forming part on all wall forming parts. This system is further provided with a wall quantity detecting means (d) for inspecting whether the arranged bearing wall satisfies a necessary wall quantity or not, an eccentricity regulating means (e) for calculating the eccentricity of the building on the basis of the arranged bearing wall, and regulating the eccentricity to a prescribed value or less, when it exceeds the prescribed value, by substituting a part of a plurality of arranged bearing walls by a wall having a smaller proof stress, and a result display means (f) for displaying the arrangement of the bearing walls after the regulation of eccentricity.
