PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ignition of a diffusion burner of each combustor from being delayed at the time of a shutoff operation due to replacement of a fuel in a diffusion fuel piping with combustion air or combustion gas during a total premixed combustion operation. SOLUTION: Each of premixed fuel pipes of combustors and a diffusion fuel pipe are made to communicate with each other by a communication pipe 23, and flow regulating mechanisms 16, 20 and a check valve 25 are installed in the communication pipe. A fuel is supplied from the premixed fuel pipes to the diffusion fuel pipe by such an amount as to cause no ignition of a diffusion fuel nozzle 12 at the time of a total premixed fuel combustion operation. Therefore, since fuel flow rate supplied from the premixed fuel pipes of the combustors to the diffusion fuel pipe can be controlled in such a manner as to cause no ignition of the diffusion fuel nozzle 12, replacement of an interior of a diffusion fuel supply system 19 with combustion air or the like at the time of the total premixed fuel combustion operation so that ignition of the diffusion combustion nozzle 12 is prevented from being delayed at the time of a load shutoff operation.
