PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the work for boring holes for faucet instruments on a wall face by integrally providing faucet means on a floor pan main body, and arranging a water feeding means to the faucet means in the floor pan main body to be covered with a floor pan. SOLUTION: Two handle type faucet instruments 14a, 14b are employed, two pipings for cold water and hot water are introduced, and two faucets are provided on the side face of a floor pan 1. The fitting position can be changed according to the type of a washing machine. The pipings capable of feeding a fixed quantity of water to the washing machine are arranged into the floor pan 1 from the underfloor side through the holes bored on a floor. The holes are located at an optional position, and two feed water pipings properly cover the upper face of the floor pan 1 and form the shape of the upper face of the floor pan 1. The faucet instruments 14a, 14b are integrally provided on a floor pan main body, and the pipings are arranged in the floor pan main body to be covered by the floor pan 1. The fitting position changes of water feeding means buried in a wall face and faucet apparatuses provided on the wall face required in the past can be made unnecessary.
