PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-traveling surplus soil regenerator truck which can subject surplus soil generated in construction work, piping work, or the like to regenerating treatment on-site with simple structure to reuse it and is rich in mobility. SOLUTION: Approximately on the central line of the body 6 of this truck, a surplus soil treating device is arranged, and also on both the sides of the body 6, devices for the truck body are arranged. For example, approximately at the central line of the body 6, a hopper 11 for feeding surplus soil is installed in the rear part of the body 6, and below this hopper 11, a belt conveyor 12 is installed, and in front of and below this belt conveyor 12, a crusher 3 is installed, and below this crusher 3, a belt conveyor 37 is installed, and in front of an below the belt conveyor 37, a vibrating screen 4 is installed, and below this vibrating screen 4, a belt conveyor 5 is installed, and a soil quality modifier is scattered from a soil quality modifier silo 21 through a feeder 22. Furthermore, the belt conveyor 5 may be freely housed.
