PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by allowing assembly of the front fender from the vehicle side without damaging the design surface and to prevent deterioration of appearance when opening/closing the vehicle door. SOLUTION: In a front fender mount structure of vehicle, a lower half portion 9a of a front pillar 2 extending in vertical direction of the vehicle is covered with the rear end 4a of a front fender 4 extending in forward direction. A recess portion 11 is formed between the boundary A of the front fender 4 of the front pillar 2 and the rear edge 2f thereof. A mount seat 12 is disposed in the recess portion 11 to face the outside of the vehicle, and a mount piece 4d is formed to protrude on the upper edge of the front fender 4. The mount piece 4d is fixed to the mount seat 12 from the vehicle side using a bolt 13 such that a garnish 15 is fitted to the recess portion 11 for covering.
