PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epochal sinker and float for fishing and tackles for fishing using them, by which even a beginner can easily cast tackles for fishing far off, an angler can sensitively perceive the strike and can easily be timely in angling, and games in fishing are remarkably improved whether big game fish or fish exerting only weak strike. SOLUTION: This sinker 1 for fishing, comprising a weight part 11 and a floating part 13 and, optionally a bait-containing part 12, is constituted in such a way that the weight in water is 3-100 g or has the weight corresponding to No.1-No.25 sinker, and that the underwater weight is 5-60% weight in air. The tackles for fishing have the fishing sinker 1 slidingly attached to a fishline and an internally threaded float 2 having a vertical posture in the water and slidingly attached to the tackles.
