<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device for punching, having an easy changeable punch, by improving positional accuracy of a punch member, improving accuracy of a hole part formed on a work piece, eliminating possibilities in which poor formation is generated, improving rigidity of the punch member, and preventing partial load from being applied to a stripper, and a manufacturing method for it. SOLUTION: A punching punch 92 of this punching device is composed of gripping members 94 each in which long groove parts 93 and a beam part 95 to be formed between the long grooves 93 is provided on the side wall of a rectangular solid, and a plurality of punch members 96 integrally formed with the gripping members 94. Respective punch members 96 are arranged parallel to each other. A plurality of long hole parts 90 are formed on a punch holder 86. When the gripping member 94 is inserted and fixed, a large quantity of adhesive is filled in the gap of the connecting surface.</p> |
