PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a wet tissue having pharmacological effect to human body, bactericidal effect and antiseptic effect by adding colloidal silver. CONSTITUTION: The wet tissue is obtained by a process containing the steps of: passing no-agent, no-lime and no-heavy metal of water through a silver-filter; diluting and mixing an undiluted solution of the colloidal silver with water to make 5ppm of solution; adding 3-0.7wt.% of a surfactant and 2-0.3wt.% of a flavoring agent to 95-99wt.% of the solution to compose a suspension; and then infiltrating the suspension into the tissue.
