PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of easily executing both of coarse regulation and fine regulation of inclination. SOLUTION: The regulation mechanism for the inclination of a projector, has a box body 2 which is disposed at the bottom end of a device body 1, a threaded shaft 4 which is screwed into this box body 2 vertically through the box body 2 and is accepted at the bottom end by a desk surface 45, plural set pieces 5, 5a which are disposed to face to each other in the box body 2, are formed with notches 54 on the respective opposite surfaces and are formed with threaded holes 53 to be screwed with the screw hole 4 continuously at the peripheral edges of the notches 54, 54 in the state of butting against each other, and an manipulation piece 3 freely retractably fitted into the box body 2. The front end of the manipulation piece 3 has fitting plates 30, 30 for attaching and detaching the respective set pieces 5, 5a to and from each other by fitting to the set pieces 5, 5a. The screwing and unscrewing of the threaded shaft 4 and the set pieces 5, 5a are changed over by driving of the manipulation piece 3.
