摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the transfer efficiency of solar light energy into electricity by applying a polyimide-based resin layer and then a polyimide-based resin layer blended with insulating fine particles onto a strip metal substrate while the substrate is moving and then heat-treating the substrate to pressurize the resin layers in a fluid state to disperse the insulating fine particles. SOLUTION: A strip metal substrate is constituted of a stainless plate, an aluminum plate, an aluminum-plated steel plate, etc. While being moved, the stip metal substrate is coated with polyimide, polyamideimide, and a polyimide- based resin layer which is a mixture of polyimide and polyamideimide by die coating, roll coating, etc. Thereafter, the substrate is coated with a polyimide- based resin layer blended with insulating fine particles whose average grain diameter is 0.1-1.0 μm with the standard deviation of the grain size distribution being 1.2 or below. Moreover, the substrate is heat-treated to pressurize the resin layers in a fluid state with a roller to disperse the insulating fine particles.
