PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient quantity of light and a color temperature and at the same time elongate the life while restraining increase in the temperature at the peripheral portion of a lighting apparatus during continuous lighting, and to reduce the space occupied by the lighting apparatus. SOLUTION: In a lighting apparatus 22 arranged on a ceiling surface of an internal box 3, an incandescent lamp 23 in which a coil filament 23b is linearly suspended with a transparent glass bulb 23a with an internal diameter of about 8 mm, and filled with a xenon gas is arranged along the ceiling surface of the internal box 3. The lighting apparatus 22 is made up of a reflecting plate 26 for reflecting light from the incandescent lamp 23 into the internal box 3, heat insulating plated 27, 28 with a heat shielding property, which plates are provided to the rear surface of the reflecting plate 26, a thin translucent cover 30 for covering the incandescent lamp 23, etc., and a chassis 25 supporting these component elements. The chassis 25 is integrally formed at a most front portion of a resin-made air-blowing duct 21 arranged along the ceiling surface of the internal box 3 in order to introduce cool air from a refrigerator cooler into the internal box 3.
