PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve surface mountability by providing a hollow part for inserting leads in a soft magnetic material and an insulating case, and inserting the leads made of a plurality of conductors into the part. SOLUTION: A hollow part for inserting leads is provided at a soft magnetic material and an insulating case 3, and leads made of a plurality of two or more conductors are inserted into the part. Insulating layers for interlayer insulating the conductors are alternately aligned as the leads made of the plurality of the conductors. As a lead shape, a rectangular section is preferable, and the conductors and insulating resins are alternately aligned, further covered with an insulating resin, and integrated. In this case, the section of the lead and the section of the hollow part of the case are formed in the same shape. As the shape of the case 3, a rectangular parallelepiped shape is desired. A length of the case 3 in a heightwise direction is preferably shorter than lateral and longitudinal lengths.
