PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket issue device with which any foreign material can be prevented from being put into the device by improving the ticket issue device, providing an opening/closing shutter for opening/closing a batch inserting port, and the batch inserting port is opened by the said opening/closing shutter only for a period after the prescribed input intending the purchase of ticket is detected and until the price is completely inserted. SOLUTION: An opening/closing shutter 108 is provided for opening/closing a batch inserting port 106, the batch inserting port 106 is opened by the opening/ closing shutter 108 only for a period after the prescribed input intending the purchase of ticket is detected and until the price is completely inserted, and the foreign material can be prevented from being put into the device.
