PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finder equipped with a diopter adjusting mechanism and a photographing device using the same capable of respectively adjusting diopter obtained when an observer views a subject from the finder and diopter obtained when he(she) views a field frame within a finder or a display part such as a display inside or outside field. SOLUTION: This finder is provided with objective optical systems 1 and 2, an ocular optical system 7 observing an object image formed by the optical systems 1 and 2, and the display part 9 performing display for the observer through at least the optical system being a part of the optical systems 1 and 2, and 7; and is equipped with the 1st diopter adjusting mechanism for adjusting the diopter in the case of observing the subject through the optical systems 1 and 2, and 7 and the 2nd diopter adjusting mechanism for adjusting the diopter in the case of observing the display part through a part of the optical systems.
