PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove and accommodate an electric carpet by providing a continuous fastener at least two sides of a polygonal-bag-shaped cover in an electric carpet cover. SOLUTION: A carpet body 1 is covered with a cover 2, the cover 2 is formed in a bag shape, and a continuous fastener 5 is provided at the four sides of the bag-shaped cover 2. The continuous fastener 5 being provided at the entire four sides can separate an upper surface from a lower surface for removing merely the upper surface of the cover 2. In this case as the front cloth of the upper surface of the cover 2, vinyl cloth, a rush tatami facing, or the like is used in summer, and quilting cloth, mayer cloth, or the like is used in winter. Also, as the lining of the lower surface of the cover 2, cloth where latex is laminated, cloth for preventing the deviation of nonwoven fabric, or the like is used, thus easily moving, accommodating, and cleaning an electrical carpet.
