PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniature tape guide mechanism having the fine performance for stabilizing the tape running in the tape running system of a magnetic recording/reproducing device by resolving the unstabilization of the tape running in company with the miniaturization. SOLUTION: By means of arranging a tape guide post 49 for flap adjustment between an S2 post 44 capable of adjusting the height direction of the tape and a height adjustable tension post 14 provided with an upper flange capable of controlling the tape height at the upper end of the tape, the total variance of angles of a guide post group of the running system is absorbed, and the almost the same tape stretching state and the control of the tape height are realized in all of the mechanisms, and the tape running is very much stabilized, then the excellent effect is obtained such as capable of providing the magnetic recording/reproducing device mounted with the highly accurate and reliable miniature mechanism.
