PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously take out and contain more materials to be inspected than prior art to automatically take out the materials from a tray for containing the materials and contain the materials in the tray. SOLUTION: The conveyor of material-to-be-inspected containing tray is provided with a supply tray placing unit 1 for placing a tray containing the material, discharge tray placing units 2, 4 for placing a tray for containing the materials after the inspection, tray temporarily placing units 3, 5 for temporarily placing vacant trays, and a tray conveying means 6 for conveying the tray therebetween. In this case, the units 1, 2, 4, 3, 5 are each constituted to be capable of stacking a plurality of the trays.
