摘要 <p>The beer has well expressed clear hop flavour and harmonic taste with well experessed hop bitterness, marked sharpness and minimum shelf life of 3 months. The following raw materials, in kg., are used for the production of 1000 dm3 11.5% cooled beer wort: from 157 to 160 light barley malt, from 8 to 9 broken rice, from 15 to 16 refined sugar and 0.105-0.115 hop - bitter acids implied in two batches. The beer wort is produced by single-batch decoction method, after the inclusion of the hop it is cooled, aerated and fermented with beer yeasts. The new beer produced is left to mature, after which it is filtered, stabilized, pasteurized and bottled. 4 claims</p>
