PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lead joining structure stably joining leads having different materials and thicknesses and apply the structure to a battery pack. SOLUTION: A positive electrode lead 12 of a battery 3 is formed with foil- like aluminum, and held with a positive electrode connecting lead 30 made of phosphor bronze and a joining piece 30a formed in the positive electrode connecting lead 30 for joining with the positive electrode connecting lead 30, to perform spot-welding the overlapped position.
