PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a color filter without irregularity in color at a low cost by an ink jet system. SOLUTION: An ink jet head 2a having plural nozzles is arranged while being tilted to the arraying direction of parts 4a to 4c to be colored so that nozzles 11a, 11b, 11c... on every four nozzles correspond to the parts 4a to be colored. In the first scanning, ink droplets 21a to 21c are imparted from the nozzles 11a, 11b, 11c to the parts 4a to be colored, and in the second scanning, the ink jet head 2a is slided so that nozzles 12a, 12b, 12c... correspond to the parts 4a to be colored, and the ink droplets are imparted from these nozzles 12a, 12b, 12c. Similarly, by imparting the ink droplets to the parts 4a to be colored with a combination of the nozzles different for every scanning, the discharge frequency of each nozzle per color filter is reduced. As a result, the period, during which the correction effect for the delivery of ink from the nozzles is effective, is made long, thereby improving the working rate of the manufacturing device. |
