PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make manufacturable a color filter having no color unevenness in a high yield by using an ink-jet system. SOLUTION: This color filter manufacturing method is a manufacturing method in which one ink-jet head 2 is used in accordance with even the changing of a pixel pitch while using the inkjet head 2 having plural nozzles and while using it by inclining it with respect to a substrate 1. At this time, ink is discharged only from nozzles 3 which are used and the variation of ink discharge amounts at that time is measured and discharge conditions of respective nozzles are corrected based on the result.
