PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a caller from a receiving side terminal without depending on a housed exchange and to allow a receiving side to appropriately select and notify subscriber information. SOLUTION: A receiving exchange 15 retrieves calling subscriber information read conditions stored in a called subscriber database 17 in accordance with a calling subscriber to store them in an information storing part 21 and makes a read request for calling subscriber information through a network line 18. The calling subscriber information read by the read request is extracted only within the range of being allowed in a calling subscriber information read allowable range stored in the same way and is once stored in the information storing part 21. Relating to the receiving exchange 15, a voice converting part 22 partially or entirely converts the calling subscriber information into a voice signal based on the calling subscriber information read conditions and then the receiving exchange 15 performs voice notification to a called subscriber terminal 14. Also, a PB selects the item of the calling subscriber information desired to notify by a call receiving person side is notified from the called subscriber terminal 14 in accordance with the calling subscriber information read conditions.
