PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability accompanying response message input by a message receiving object terminal. SOLUTION: When a microcomputer 28 of a voice storage device 20 stores a voice message from a message terminal 12a in a mail box memory 21, it stores both a caller number related to the message terminal 12a and a response request command. Together with it, when it detects access to a voice message related to the response request command from a message receiving object terminal 12b, the microcomputer 28 stores a response message from the message receiving object terminal 12b to the message terminal 12a of the voice message transmission source, in the mail box memory 21.
