PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously avoid a state disabling succeeding download when an application program including a trouble in its inside is downloaded. SOLUTION: The program loading system is provided with a self-diagnostic means indicated by steps S21, S23, etc., formed in an application program AP2 for executing the self-diagnosis of down-load execution and a loader program IPL for evaluating the self-diagnosis result of the self-diagnostic means in the application program AP2, selecting an application program of which self- diagnosis result is normal and realizing the on-line downloading of an application program of a new version by executing the selected application program.
