PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine integrally a collective power saving control method, an ON/OFF power saving control method and a specific load power saving control method which controls a voltage, a frequency, etc., with each other. SOLUTION: A power saving controller is provided with a target power value setting means 1, a present power value input means 2, a load-to-load power saving control method setting means 3 which sets one of a collective power saving control method, an ON/OFF power saving control method and a specific load power saving control for an individual load, a load-to-load power saving control method memory means 4 in which the set control method is stored, a collective power saving control means 5 which applies predetermined voltages to loads 001-103 and 101-103, an ON/OFF power saving control means 6 which controls ON's/OFF's of loads 101-103 and 201-204, a specific load power saving control means 7 which controls voltages and frequencies of specific loads 201-204 and a control method determining means 8 which determines the respective control methods in accordance with stored control method information, a used power and a target power and outputs control commands to the collective power saving control means 5, the ON/OFF power saving control means 6, and the specific power saving control means 7. |
