PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a user of a stream required to stop for surely video- recording a reserved program. SOLUTION: A stream specification part 5 judges whether or not reservation video recording is possible based on a transfer rate flowing through a bus 10, the transfer rate of the stream to be reservation recorded, the band width of the bus 10 and the band width recordable by a recording part 2 before a video recording start time, and when impossible is judged, the stream specification part 5 specifies whether a transfer of any stream is to be stopped for making possible the reservation recording. The information related to the stop stream specified by a reservation part 4 is supplied to an information part 6 and imparted to the user. Thus, the user easily founds whether the transfer of any stream is stopped.
