<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resistor of high precision which has large electrode strength, by using material of low cost and simple processes. SOLUTION: This resistor is constituted of a pair of electrode layers 12 arranged on the upper surface of a substrate 11, a resistance layer 13 which is arranged electrically connected with the electrode layers 12 and has a layer thickness thinner than the electrode layers 12, a protective layer 14 which is arranged so as to cover the resistance layer 13, and end surface electrode layers 16 which are arranged on end surfaces of the substrate 11 and electrically connected with the electrode layers 12. Since the electrode layers 12 are formed more thickly than the resistance layer 13, a resistor in which electrode strength is improved can be obtained.</p> |
