The invention concerns an apparatus dispensing wiping material in a front position of the reel, comprising a housing (2), a cover (3), a drum (4), a cutting device (5-6) integrated in the drum (4), means for pushing and returning the drum (4) including an eccentric and a pusher spring. The invention is characterised in that it comprises an anti-curling device for the material coming the reel (B) of material, said device comprising a reel stand (16) capable of being engaged and positioned on a fixed support part (17), integral with the rear wall of the housing (2) back end, said reel stand (16) being mounted freely rotating on the support part (17) countering elastic return means, and the reel stand (16) is arranged to be positioned on a bearing surface (17b) of great length of the support part (17), while being locked in position relative thereto, and the reel stand (16) co-operates with the mandrel (20) of the reel of wiping material (B) to drive it. |
