NETWORK INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally manage devices which are connected to a network and have the same functions. SOLUTION: Control modules 13, 17 read out information concerning records of recording media 14, 18 respectively to produce local management tables. An integrated control module 12 produces an integrated management table by reading out local management tables while communicating with the control modules 13, 17. Then, the relationship between recorded programs and, control modules, and between recording media and recorded positions can be grasped by using this integrated management table. The integrated control module 12 integrally controls control modules of respective devices by using the integrated management table.
