PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting and receiving method, in which a receiver is charged for charged data with a high degree of freedom corresponding to reception in reception unit or group unit that the receiving devices belong to when the charged data are received, and to provide its receiving device. SOLUTION: Data from a transmission side are received based on a reception contract. Individual identification numbers (IRD-ID) are assigned, and the transmission side assigns the same group identification number (IRD-Gr-ID) for receiving devices belonging to the same group. Reception contracts are managed according to the individual identification numbers (IRD-ID) and group identification number (IRD-Gr-ID). |
