METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MULTI-STANDARD VIDEO DATA ACQUISITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and device for acquiring multi-standard video data. SOLUTION: This device uses a decoder, together with a register 201 having 24 cells which store data that are three times the 8-bit data. Respective three bytes are connected to a logic device for comparing the contents of the cells with a given start code. The start of a register 202 is a byte 3 and a byte 2, and a byte 1 follow it. The 2nd 8-bit register 202 is connected in parallel to the register 201. The contents of the byte 3 are supplied to a Hamming (8/4) decoder 204. Respective decoder outputs of 4 bytes are supplied to four bits assigned to the register 202.
