PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a metallic spool member of a hollow cylindrical shape thinner while assuring its strength and accuracy by forming a deformation preventive part in part of the metallic spool member of the hollow cylindrical shape. SOLUTION: The spool 16 has a spool shaft 36 which is the thin metallic member manufactured by cold forging or deep drawing. The spool shaft 36 consists of a spool part 36a of the hollow cylindrical shape and flange parts 36s, 36t disposed at both top and bottom ends thereof. The spool part 36a of the spool shaft 36 is formed to the hollow cylindrical shape and a rubber film 35 is formed on its outer peripheral surface and takes up a film on the spool 16 by friction force. The upper flange part 36s at the top end of the spool shaft 36 extends to the outer side in a diametral direction and a gear part 34 is fixed by adhesion and is rotated integrally with the spool 16. The cylindrical part 34a of the gear part 34 is fitted from above the spool part 36a and centered. The lower flange part 36t at the bottom end of the spool shaft 36 extends to the inner side in the diametral direction.
