<p>The loading uses a customer interface to enable customer configuration of a computer system (40) according to identification of a customer belonging to a predefined group, with a configurer, a shopping trolley, a cash register and a database. The configurer configures a computer system with options selected according to a predefined user entry. The options and the corresponding price for each option are presented on a configurer web site to correspond to the identification that the customer belongs to a defined customer group. The shopping trolley, which has an associated web site, temporarily stores the customer-configured computer system. The cash register has a web site and presents payment options and receives payment and delivery information. The database dynamically provides configuration options to the configurer according to the identification that the user belongs to the predefined customer group. Independent claims are also included for a method of enabling customer configuration and an associated user interface.</p> |
