PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING THE MOLDING OF A CONTAINER

The process and the device serve to control the molding of a container in the production of containers from a thermoplastic material. At least two injection-molded previously prepared parisons are tempered and are fed at different times to a blow molding station for blow-molding the parisons into containers. In order to compensate for the uneven temperature distribution in the material of the parisons relative to each other at least one blow-molding parameter of the second parison is changed when the parisons are molded into the containers. The parameter is changed such that the uneven temperature distribution is compensated for to such an extent that after conclusion of the blow-molding process the containers have approximately identical spatial distribution of wall material, orientation and crystallization characteristics.
