<p>A medicament for preventive and/or therapeutic treatment of a disease caused by tau protein kinase 1 hyperactivity or a neurodegenerative disease which comprises as an active ingredient a substance selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyflavone derivative represented by formula (I) and a salt thereof, and a solvate thereof and a hydrate thereof, wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom or hydroxyl group; R2 represents hydrogen atom or a C¿1?-C18 alkyl group which may have one or more C6-C14 aryl groups; and Ar represents a C6-C14 aryl group which may be substituted or an aromatic heterocyclic group which may be substituted.</p> |
