PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog excrement-gathering tool by which excrement is directly gathered in a bag attached to a frame provided on the tips of crossing shafts by operating handles in hand. SOLUTION: This dog excrement-gathering tool is constituted in such a way that the upper parts of crossing shafts 4 and 5 are made to become handles 2 and 3 and the lower parts of crossing shafts 4 and 5 are made to become frames 7 and 8, and that a tie spring 19 for energizing the frames 7 and 8 to open is fixed between the inside bottoms of the frames 7 and 8 facing each other. When closing the handles 2 and 3 the frames 7 and 8 are closed and the spring 19 is folded inside and radially. Notches 9 and 10 are made on the same sides of the frames 7 and 8 at the same level. A scoop 14 is attached removable with a scoop holder 12 and a groove 13.
