PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply coolant at all times to a cutting position without passing it through the inside of a quill and to properly supply the coolant to the cutting position even when a position of the quill is changed. SOLUTION: A coolant supply tube 15 is fixed and arranged on a gear box 9 with a rear end connected to a rear part of a quill spindle unit 5 or a quill integral moving body corresponding to the gear box, an external side of the quill spindle unit 5 is extended to a spindle point side along the axial direction. The coolant supply tube 15 is supplied with the coolant from a coolant supply hose 21 connected to the rear end side, and comprises a point block 25 having a coolant supply connection port 23 on its point, and the coolant is supplied to a coolant supply holder 11 by connecting the coolant supplying connection port 23 to coolant inlet port 11a to the coolant supply holder 11 mounted on the point of the spindle 5.
