PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp necessary data for control such as a source, the date of receipt, the executor of treatment, and the date of treatment by product, to perform the selection of proper treatment for every product, and also to improve the treatment speed in the recycle system of a waste industrial product. SOLUTION: An electronic tag (RF-ID) is fitted to a waste product to enable the reading and writing of necessary data for treatment by a reader/writer. At a point of time when and in a place where the waste product is received from a discharger, necessary basic data for treatment is written in the electronic tag 1. After that, by performing the reading or overwriting of the data, an aptitude treatment route is determined for every product. The property of plastic material is measured, and its result is written in the electronic tag 1. Classification of the decomposed parts is performed by fitting the electronic tag 1 to pallets 52-56 each, reading the data of the electronic tag 1 fitted to the waste product therein, and writing a code of the destination to classify in the tag 1 of the pallets 52-56 each based on the data.
