PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability and comfortableness by reducing hip dislocation and the bulge of clothes in the case of changing over to a reclining state from an upright state with simple structure. SOLUTION: A tiltable seat part frame 32 is almost horizontally installed on a base frame 8. The rear end of the seat part frame 32 is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft 39 of a back reclining frame 6. The lower end of the back reclining frame 6 is elevatingly supported by seat part angle adjusting mechanism 37. The back reclining frame 6 is inclined backward around the rotating shaft 39 as a rotating fulcrum and simultaneously moved downward by a seat lock 5. The seat part frame 32 is therefore rotated and inclined in such a way that the rear end side is lower than the front end side.
