PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a tissue paper from any of front and rear seats by providing a holder taking the side of the backrest of a front seat as an installation place for a tissue paper packing box. SOLUTION: This holder is formed by a holder base 1 fitted to the side of a backrest of a front seat 14, a support shaft 2 rotatably supported on the holder base 1, a receiving member 3 for a tissue paper packing box 6 connected to the shaft end of the support shaft 2, and a holding member resiliently stretched between the other shaft end of the support shaft 2 and the holder base 1. The tissue paper packing box 6 is vertically installed on the side of the backrest with the end of the tissue paper packing box 6 fitted and supported by the receiving member 3. The receiving member 3 is rolled sideways by rotation of the support shaft 2 to laterally install the tissue paper packing box 6 at least on the front side of the front seat.
