PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable curl, separation and discharge of chips heading toward respective dot breakers and also obtain stable curl, dividing and discharge of chips inclined to pass through respective spaces of respective dot breakers in the cutting process. SOLUTION: A first breaker 25 is formed on the side apart from the cutting edge 20 of respective dot breakers 24. By defining the dimension of the cutting edge 20 up to its utmost height to be H1, the dimension of respective dot breakers 24 up to their utmost height to be H2, and the dimension of respective first breakers 25 up to their utmost height to be H3, this tip is constituted as H3>H2>H1.
