PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope for medical operation capable of efficiently operating a treating tool to be used for medical operation. SOLUTION: This microscope for medical operation is provided with a three- dimensional optical system 7 for projecting a part to be operated, a pair of eyepieces 8 for expansion-observing the optical image of the part to be operated image-formed by this system 7, a second observing optical system 17 for projecting a part to be operated peripheral part in an optical path divided by a beam splitter 12 arranged in the middle part of the system 7, and a perforated mirror 23 in the state of a doughnut displaying the part to be operated peripheral part of this system 17 in the visual field of the eyepieces 8. By this constitution, the image of a part to be operated and the image of a part surrounding the part to be operated including the treating tool can simultaneously be observed in the same visual field, thereby the treating tool can efficiently be operated.
